Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Manga Insyte, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Manga Insyte, on mangainsyte.com and in the app for iPhone and iPad, provides tools to search a manga catalog, track physical collections, organize virtual bookshelves and log your reading. Features may change over time as the product evolves.

3. Free and Pro

Manga Insyte is free to use, with limits (for example, up to 1,000 volumes and one bookshelf on the Free plan). Manga Insyte Pro removes the limits and adds features such as the full Memory lane, Keepsakes, Collection Insight and Showcase customization. Which features are Free or Pro may change; anything you've added stays yours.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account.

Adult titles in the catalog are hidden by default. You must be 18 or older to show them.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the collection data, notes, scans, and other content you upload. You grant Manga Insyte the rights needed to store, process, and display that content so we can provide the service, including public sharing if you enable it.

6. Content you add to the catalog

When you add a series, edition or volume to the shared catalog, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share any cover image you upload, and you let us show it to other users. We may review, edit or remove catalog additions, and remove accounts that misuse them. You can report incorrect or inappropriate catalog content from the app or by emailing support@mangainsyte.com.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service in ways that harm other users

8. Subscriptions

Some features require Pro. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms are described on our Refund Policy page and may be updated with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions bought in the app.Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. App Store purchases are also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms.

Founding Collector.Founding Collector is a one-time purchase offered for a limited time at launch. It gives you Pro for as long as Manga Insyte offers Pro, with no renewal, and a Founding Collector number shown on your profile and shares. It can't be transferred to another account.

9. Disclaimers

Manga Insyte is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that catalog data, gap detection, or scanned assets will always be complete or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manga Insyte and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability) continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer laws of the country you live in give you rights that can't be waived.

13. Apple

If you use Manga Insyte on an Apple device, these Terms are your end-user licence agreement, and the mandatory terms of Apple's Standard EULA apply as well. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
