By accessing or using Manga Insyte, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Manga Insyte provides tools to search a manga catalog, track physical collections, organize virtual bookshelves, and use optional Pro features such as cover scanning. Features may change over time as the product evolves.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the collection data, notes, scans, and other content you upload. You grant Manga Insyte the rights needed to store, process, and display that content so we can provide the service, including public sharing if you enable it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service in ways that harm other users

6. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid Pro subscription. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms are described on our Refund Policy page and may be updated with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimers

Manga Insyte is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that catalog data, gap detection, or scanned assets will always be complete or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manga Insyte and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
